LIBERTY HORSE FARM POLICIES

1. All public lesson students will be scheduled into group lessons with an average size of 6 riders per class. We will book up to 8 in order to allow for absences. We will not keep a class with less than 4 riders ( it will be re-scheduled to a more popular time). There will be a helper for tacking up available for the corral and regular lessons but students are encouraged to arrive early and learn how to tack up on their own.

2. All students will be encouraged to pay for the monthly package of lessons. Students who commit to a certain weekly time slot and pay at the time of their first lesson of the month will receive the package rate of $145 per month. If the full monthly payment is not received by the first lesson the student will be billed at the per lesson rate of $55.

3. When there is a month that a student’s time slot occurs 5 times within a month, and the student makes each of the lessons; he/she will not be charged for the 5th lesson. The student may not make-up that 5th lesson if one is missed during the month.

4. If a student misses one of the 4 lessons in a month he/she has within the following month to make it up or forfeit it. Make-ups do not carry over or accumulate for longer than the month following the payment. There are no refunds.

5. If a student wants to take a month off of lessons and not pay for their time slot they risk it being filled and not available upon their return. Another time slot will be made available

6. Privates and Semi-privates are available upon request at a higher rate.

7. Balances are to be paid in full each month. No rider will be permitted to ride if their account balance is over $200 per rider
